My kids recently started Feeding Therapy. The therapist would write notes on a posted for my husband and I to know what the kids ate (or more likely didn't). I created a log to keep in their lunch box so she could see what they were willing to do with the food during the last session and for us to have an easy format to read her notes. This colorful daily log for parents of toddlers includes spaces for diaper changes, meals, naps, and activities. It is without lines or timestamps so that caregivers may customize the schedule to their preferences. Line provided at top of log for child's name.
