IEP Goal Tracking Sheet
In order to keep track of IEP goal progress and to see if students are on track to meet their goals, my school created a tracking device. The students IEP is divided into 4 quarters for tracking purposes. Their baseline is subtracted from their goal and divided into the four quarters. Each quarter is color coded. All those forms we are given for assessments can be draining to fill out. Here is a simplified form to use as a quick look at how they are doing! I've used these in my classroom personally and I love it! UPDATE: After i posted this product for some reason and it showed it without color on the form and different fonts (weird), I downloaded it from the site and one its downloaded it looks exactly how I made it. Response to Intervention (RTI) documentation form
This form can easily be used by teachers or interventionists to document interventions and progress during Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3 of the Response to Intervention (RTI) process. Some schools refer to their RTI team as IAT (Intervention Assistance Team). It's in a word document file so you can easily fill it in on your computer and save, or print multiple copies to keep in your documentation binder. Enjoy!

Fun with shapes and playdoh
This is a fun activity to do with small children.
With the playdoh, they have to make the shape and place it inside the shape. This promotes and increases fine motor skills and manipulation.
If you feel the playdoh is too easy or simply want to change the activity, allow the child to make a shape within the lines of the shape, without any deviation.
This activity also promotes visual motor integration, which in the long run helps with their handwriting skills.
