This activity requires students to create two 1 page flyers using the various function of Microsoft Word. Students should use features such as a page border, picture contextual tab, bulleted list, decorative underline, and body copies. The first prompt give the text to students to simply format and part two requires students to research information for their own flyer. A checklist of requirements is included. This is 1 page and in word for easy editing.

Technology Student Checklist
Editable PowerPoint checklists for student use. Print in color and laminate. I put them on the desks and it helps students to check their progress while using laptops. We use Scratch for CS4all products, so the "Submit work to studio" box is for student projects. *Borders are color-coded for tables *30 laptops are Lenovo thinkpad NYCDOE issued. *2 of the checklists are for MacBook desktops.
