This rubric is not what I choose to have buyers use to assess my work. It is simply offered to help with the grading of close read activities. They are my true product (as well as the video guides and Powerpoints :). This rubric is simple and direct. There are six on a page for ease of cutting and attaching as well as reduction in paper use. I have found that when I grade the close reads it is much easier if I've attached, or had kids attach, this rubric. Thanks for looking. Julie
