Cornell Notes Dot and Graphing Template (Editable)
This template is similar to my free Cornell notes template, however instead of a field to write down notes there is an area filled with dots that can be used to create graphs or shapes. Like other Cornell notes, it still contains the left-hand column to generate extra thoughts and a summary section on the bottom.

Share this iReady Progress Tracker with your students through Google Classroom or your choice of online instructional platform.
