This is a GREAT document that I use to keep kids on track while I'm doing guided reading groups. They fill in their name and the date and then color in what they choose to do (we do 15 minute intervals). The chart is broken down into days of the week (vertically) and the different things the children can choose to do (horizontally)I have them leave these on their desks so that when I take a tour around the room I can immediately see what they ought to be doing :) Have fun!
