WEEKLY REPORT: STUDENTS MISSING WORK/FAILING Template
Here is a template to save as a master copy and create a new one for each week. As you are grading, use this form to keep track of students who haven't turned in work for the purposes of sending out a mass email Bcc them all together, and also to make note of students who are failing. Informal Lesson Plan Template
If your school is anything like mine, you're required to fill out a formal lesson plan each week that is exhausting in all the boxes you're required to check. IEP/504 Organization Chart Template
Do you have students whose IEP/504 support plan stipulates a need for a weekly organizational chart? Here is a template that I created and use each week to specify one objective for each day's class period. I have them do this digitally and have them Share at the end of the week but it could be typed and printed. Hope this helps!
