Student Self-Assessment of Classes
This is a great product for student self reflection and assessment of their efforts in their classes. Feel free to edit the platforms section to address the platforms in your classes. This product also allows for them to recognize what they are doing well and where they can improve.
I have found this product incredibly useful in student-teacher discussions and parent conferences.

Lesson Plan Template
The front page is a cover page for your lesson plan binder. It is a word document, so feel free to edit the course name, year, name, etc. The next pages are made to be printed front and back (double-sided) and then 3-hold punched. Print as many pages as you need for the school year, plus extras because plans change and snow days happen! Place these in a three-ring binder that fits your needs.
