This tracker is a wonderful resource for teachers to use when they are progress monitoring their students. It facilitates in the moment data conversations when used along side progress monitoring. It also allows teachers to use the data to discover what each student needs in order to meet their POP goals. It also double as a progress monitoring calendar, so teachers are sticking to their at rate fidelity. Preview of how to use template is in the file, on the first tab.

I have taken the I can statements for ALL of the Grade 1 CCSS in Math and placed them on easy to print labels. I used Avery template 5160, but you could probably use any size labels.
