Students use this Corrections/Error Analysis Sheet after they have taken a quiz or test. I have a stack in a tub by our supplies for easy access. Sometimes, I use these Corrections/Error Analysis Sheets in small groups or one to one. If students can analyze why they made certain mistakes, they are more liking to avoid them the next time. It also allows me to group students with similar misunderstandings together.
