5th Grade Texas Reading and Math Skills/TEKS Checklists
Use a coding system with dates to record student progress on 5th grade TEKs. The Reading Skills checklist is front to back, with space to record independent reading book titles. The Math Skills checklist is front to back. You will want to print a copy for each student.
