I have included a beginning, middle, and end of year assessment checklist. Also included is a chapter assessment checklist for all chapters (1-12). Each chapter assessment includes the standard for each question. I have color coded the standards according to the four main strands.
I type the names of my students in at the top of each page. I only mark an X where the students get the questions wrong. This helps me a lot to see what my class doesn't understand and what I need to revisit. Hop
