This Excel form is closely aligned with the Behavioral Observation of Students in School (BOSS) assessment (Shapiro, 2013) and allows the user to record student on-task and off-task behavior in a systematic way. These calendars are a great way to keep track of your student's attendance each day. I have included tips and ideas on how to mark off student’s attendance and how to best use these calendars.
The calendars go from July 2014 to August 2015. I've included a Back to School themed header for both August and September.
