We live in a technology age. Most students have a device assigned to them or daily access to one in the classroom. This contract is meant to promote responsible computer usage. The document is should be review with students on the first day of school. There is a place for the student and parent to sign the contract acknowledging their understanding of the terms.
The file is one page. It list 11 rules to follow and 3 sequential consequences if the student does not follow the contract.
