Keep your students accountable with this simple, FREE reflection form. I spend a lot of time at the beginning of the year setting expectations with my students about the use of technology in the classroom. With that, I introduce this "Technology is a Privilege" form. I explain that if any of our rules are broken, I will take the device from the student for the rest of the day. The student then fills out this form and may not get their device back until the paper is signed by a parent or guardian
