Bug Board: Problem Solving Tool
The Bug Board is a problem solving tool that students can use to work on solving their problems without immediate adult intervention. It will ask the student to think about the nature of their problem as well as possible solutions. This is a great component to add to any conflict resolution process already being used in a classroom setting.

I LOVE sticky notes! I use them for everything in my classroom. I even grab them to record data if my data sheet isn't easy to reach. This works great but my data isn't always as organized as I would like. This handy little sheet solves that problem. Just fill out your sticky note and place it on a child's weekly data sheet. Quick sticky note data in an organized way! Amazing!

Respect Cards Behavior Reward System
The Respect Card system is a great way to reward good conduct! Students earn the respect card early in the year, and are given certain privileges (teacher's discretion). This puts the focus on the positive behavior. Cards are worn on a lanyard or yarn around the neck, and a contract is posted in the classroom. Students develop leadership skills, work toward a goal, and become responsible for their own behavior. It made a difference in my classroom!
