In this activity, students will be given a word bank, sentence stems, and 4 multiple-choice EOC questions with answers. Students will be asked to explain how they would arrive at the answers given, using the laws of exponents. Questions are scaffolded to increase in difficulty. Some questions are color coordinated to make realizing the patterns easier. Students must explain their thinking in complete sentences. Sentence stems are provided to assist them in doing so. NOTE: I would use this act
