Here is an alternative to completing worksheets for these skills. I include a skill sheet which explains how students can convert the number to compare them. You could use them in math centers, have the students work them out on whiteboards, use it for a game, or as task cards. As they are cut apart the students are not as overwhelmed as using the skills on a worksheet.

6.14C With a starting balance of $500, students roll dice and move their game piece through the board game of Financial LIFE. Along the way, students will record each transaction in their checkbook register and experience paychecks, lottery wins, phone bills, electricity bills, etc. Working with a partner, the student who reaches the finish circle with the largest balance wins.
