Students cut out pieces for ladybug body and wings. On each wing draw with black an identical number of spots. Add white eyes to top of body. Use a paper fastener to attach wings under head shape of body. Move wings to separate them, and underneath write the nultiplication sentence ( 2 X however many spots are on each wing) with a white crayon. Students could quiz each other on what the accompanying math sentence would be by looking at the spots with the wings closed.
