Understanding the Properties of Multiplication - Small Group Reader's Theater
This small group reader's theater is for four students. The key concept, besides reading fluently, is the 4 Properties of Multiplication and the Math Vocabulary that goes along with it. When I used it in my class, the students who performed it REALLY got into it. That might be because I, myself, love math! This is a planning sheet based on 4th/5th Grade common core standards. Students start planning in the first month of school and meet with teacher to set a goal. They should check on their progress and gather evidence for all subjects for a month or longer.
