This product is a mindfulness breathing strategy. It can be used in a calming corner, as a classroom poster, printed and laminated for student use during breaks or times of dysregulation. This can be done where the student traces the colors of the rainbow as they breath in and out. They can trace the rainbow as they think or say each corresponding number and sense.
