I found an RTI "If this... then this..." document for intervention instruction for Reading or ELA but never found one for Math. I put this together after college. It's not perfect or fool proof, but it's been effective in my experiences, and it does fill the void of an "If this...then this" piece for teaching math and doing RTI.

Worry Monsters
Many children have worries. To help children cope, adults can encourage young children to draw or print their worries and in turn externalize these challenging emotions. With the children and families that I work with, we like to draw our worries on "Worry Monsters." The worry monsters can then hold onto the worry so that the child does not have to. This is one aspect of OuTcomes Therapy's Calming Kit. We will be posting more items in the coming weeks to help children calm, regulate and focus.
