For example, if you work with a 3rd grade student that is performing two grade levels below in speaking and listening, you can click on the tabs and see the standards for second grade and first grade so you can
In a world of differentiation, this spelling template allows you to record your spelling groups, the skills each of them is working on and the words to be practiced for one week or more. I use this tool to help me keep track for my own personal use as well as add it to my lesson plan book to show how I am differentiating for my students based on their abilities according to assessments. I hope you find this tool as helpful as I do!
This is a test tracking tool for teachers and/or students to use to monitor progress throughout the year. You can have students attach it to their interactive notebook and have them color in the "bar" to their grades on tests, benchmarks or even quizzes. It will create a bar graph charting their progress throughout the year. This can also be used by teachers or faculty to monitor students especially for RTI, SPED and at-risk students. The top of the document is blank for the student or teache
I had my students use this reading log for home and school. In our district students are required to log and journal all books read at home and at school. Have your students record when they have completed all the tasks for reading their books. There is space for a reward sticker when they are completely done. By just looking at their folder, you can get a glance at how they are doing. Alter it to fit your needs.
You can place your students' names into the list, as well as add the subject and grades! Feel free to change it as you'd like. Also great for remote learning!

This color coded "cheat sheet" can be provided to students who have trouble remembering the rules of rounding. It can be placed in their math folder/binder and used a reference. It goes through step by step of the rounding process.
An easy excel document where you fill in your class name and copy paste on the others. You can print it and cut it into thirds and keep for handy use. I use it for when students turn in assignments, field trip notes, report card envelopes brought back, etc. There is also a large check off sheet as well. I have been using this for almost 10 years and can't live without it!
Teaching 6th Grade Math can be tough. Some students need scaffolding. Enclosed in my spreadsheet is that skills and understandings your students need to be successful in 6th grade Mathematics. It outlines the standards that build up to the 6th grade standards. Lesson planning will be a breeze.
This is a anticipation guide for the Investigate Survival Series from Scholastic. I created it to get my students brains thinking about the topic before we read the book. It also helps me to show them how to look for proof/evidence in the text during and after reading to prove if the statement is true or false. My students, especially boys loves these Science books. They are great.
