Customary Measurements Conversions: "The Cheat Codes
This is a list of cusomary units of measurements conversion for Length, Weight, and Capacity.
In my class, I use the Video Game term, "Cheat Code" to refer to these conversion numbers.
For example: If a problem deals with Inches & Feet, the Cheat Code is 12. If a problem deals with Quarts & Gallons, the Cheat Code is 4. You always multiply or divide by the Cheat Code to convert.

5th Grade Coordinate Plane Worksheet Generator
This Excel Product Randomly generates coordinate plane worksheets with 10 points intended for bell work. They points lie between 0 and 10 and one sheet is for whole numbers, another for half, and another for tenths. Answer keys are included. Whenever a new entry in any cell is made, the workbook refreshes with all new questions and answer keys.

Do Now Progress Tracking
This easy to use document will assist students to track their own progress. I use it during our Do Now activities each day where the student will write down how many questions they get correct and/or incorrect. Then the students are instructed to comment on their own progress and explain how they received the grade they did. This is a great chance for students to assess their own learning and progress.
