This log has room for students to keep track of 15 vocabulary words. They write the word and definition, but also use the word correctly in a sentence and draw a picture in the box. My students' scores on vocab quizzes have increased dramatically since using this log instead of the usual word/definition logs. Can be used for any set of words, regardless of subject.
