I have my students fill in this page as we go through our calendar math routine. It keeps them engaged and they really benefit from the routine. In addition, it works as an easy formative assessment. On the back I use a Number of the day outline I got from a friend. Feel free to make adjustments as needed to suit your calendar math routine :)

This two sided foldable will walk students through the steps to convert between unit rates AKA perform dimensional analysis. They can quiz themselves by leaving the flaps down, or open them all to guide themselves through practice problems.
