It is for the students to take notes on how to use the 3 compartment sink (front side of worksheet) and then cleaning and sanitizing and loading the racks for a dishwasher (back side of the worksheet). I follow all food safety standards taught in the manager curriculum in my kitchen, so this sheet was meant to reinforce those standards.
