Computer Lab Enrichment Assignment for Secondary Math Students
This assignment was created as an enrichment assignment for my Algebra students. The students had worked on Marbleslides on the free Desmos.com website and so were somewhat familiar with the website.
This assignment has the students visiting different programs on the website and evaluating them with respect to whether they like the activities, etc. I chose 5 of the activities but there are more available. A survey sheet is included with this product.

Math Properties Using Negative Numbers Common Core and Technology Grade 7
Using a spreadsheet computer program, students will work together in groups of four to develop a game called "Categories" similar to the game "Jeopardy." Students will review and demonstrate their knowledge of the associative, commutative, identity, distributive, and inverse properties for addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Integers, fractions, and decimals will be integrated into the game. This should be used at the end of a study for a summative assessment.
