Self-Monitoring Chart
This product is a self-monitoring or sometimes called, behavior matching chart. This chart has helped my students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADD, and ADHD identify their behaviors in a positive way. It has also helped me students manage their behavior and self-regulate. These are shared with parents at the end of each day.

This is a great handout and resource for SLP's as well as parents. Many parents have questions about why their child isn't talking and what they can do. This handout sums it all up! I would always bring a copy of this to an IEP meeting when I know I will be working with a child who mostly communicates by way of non-verbal communication.

Two-Sided Behavior Chart for Daily Monitoring
Use these daily behavior charts to monitor an entire class, or specific individuals. They are two-sided: the front gives general examples of expected behaviors from anyone (editable), the backside is available specific goals to that individual (from IEP, RTI, etc.). These get passed out everyday, and collected at the end of the day (or each period.) Any teacher, para, adult-volunteer can mark the chart - I usually put a note next to any negative mark as a reminder of why they got it.

Montessori Sentence Analysis for Chart 1
3 pages of sentences for the first step in sentence analysis - verb / predicate and subject. 30 sentence strips in all. 2. Put a paperclip on Ready To Learn each morning
3. Have student clip themselves up a square for good choices and down a square for poor choices

Behavior Star Chart
I have used this with various students with autism. You can simply change the pictures to correlate with the individual child's replacement behaviors. It's also smart to laminate it and use velcro to put the picture of what the child is "working for." You can draw stars or use stickers.
