Accountability is KEY for students as they set goals for their progress. I give this sheet to my students monthly to set their goal for the timed test they're aiming to get to. Students can record on the back the date and test that they're on weekly. I also send a copy home so that parents are in the loop and can also provide positive encouragement for their child's goal!
