Here is a weekly (5 days) editable class homenote. The teacher is able to communicate daily as well as the student has a self-reflection area. There is an area for parent's to sign and add notes. It is one-file and you can edit per student and add targeted IEP and/or behavior goals. Visuals are a must and this include visuals for our kiddos. This can be printed weekly and you can easily edit the week dates and events in the header section. Enjoy!

Weekly homework log and behavior monitoring in one file. This template allows to write down daily homework assignments and record the type of day a student had. Next to each day is a spot for parent signatures so everyone is on the same page. On the back page their is room for additional comments.
