Spring Conference Scheduling Packet-Editable

My Weekly Behavior log
Quick and easy behavior log for parent to teacher communication. You can have students color their smiley face or you can circle it or stamp it on your own. I used to have them look at my behavioral clip chart in the classroom and color the smiley face that their name clip is on at the end of the school day.

I have found this method very useful with parents who want a daily report. This is a method I found to me manageable to keep up with daily for multiple students.

This is great especially for special education teachers with students who complete various tasks daily. It keeps parents informed! There are two types: Class form (to send out with parent classroom newsletters) and individual student forms. There are also forms that ask for the parent's signature at the bottom and forms that do not ask for the signature.

Daily Target Behaviors Tracking Sheet
Although a student may have several behaviors that need improvement, trying to work on all of them at once can be frustrating and overwhelming. Students can manage focusing on one or two goals and as they see success, an improved behavior can be switched out for a new behavior target to work on.
