This document is a resource used to track a student's behavior. The student is assessed based on a 1-3 scale (1 being the lowest) on how well they follow directions, participate in class, and show respect toward the teacher daily. The tables are separated by the morning and afternoon. There is also a section for comments if you would like to add any information about the student's behavior. This form was created to be used when observing an unwanted behavior. It is an easy way to document a behavior and includes columns for the student's name, the date, the start & end time, the antecedent, the behavior, and the consequence that was given by the teacher. This product is a roll and write activity. Students roll dice, look at the number on the dice, and then go to the corresponding column on the activity sheet. This is a number chart that goes up to 120. Students must first fill in the missing numbers in the chart. After filling in the missing numbers, students will answer the questions by coloring in the given number in the tens or ones place value. Students will then write any patterns that they noticed. This activity is a fun and engaging way to help students understand place value and helps them learn how to use a number chart!

These worksheets are activities to coincide with the Unit 5 First Grade curriculum. Students write any -an or -am glued sound word, and then draw a picture in the box next to it to match. These can be done at a literacy center independently or done as a class.
