This is an editable template for teachers to inform parents what they worked on daily throughout the week. You can type on it or write on it. This is great especially for special education teachers with students who complete various tasks daily. It keeps parents informed! There are two types: Class form (to send out with parent classroom newsletters) and individual student forms. There are also forms that ask for the parent's signature at the bottom and forms that do not ask for the signature.

This is a number chart that goes up to 120. Students must first fill in the missing numbers in the chart. After filling in the missing numbers, students will answer the questions by coloring in the given number in the tens or ones place value. Students will then write any patterns that they noticed.
