Best-Kept Secret For Organizing Volunteers & Supply Donations

But as any teacher knows, money is tight, class sizes are increasing, and we need all the help we can get. That's when I came up with the idea to use an online volunteer/supply donation registry to organize what materials I needed for upcoming crafts, post openings for parents to come in and help, or request help preparing materials at home. Starting this registry changed my life and made

A "Release of Information" (ROI) form template is a critical document in counseling services used to authorize the exchange of personal and confidential information between the counseling service provider (e.g., therapist, counselor) and a third party (e.g., another healthcare provider, a family member, schools, legal entities). This document is fundamental in ensuring the client's confidentiality is respected and protected according to legal and ethical standards within mental health practices.

Student Observation Log

This is an EXTREMELY simple form I keep in my binders for each class. There is a copy of this form for each student. I keep a clipboard of labels nearby during class, and when I note a behavior that I want to record, or if there is an incident in class, I record it on a label. Later when I have time, I stick the label on the observation form. Now my documentation is a piece of cake. If I need to talk to parents or administrators about a student's behavior in class, I just have to look at my log.

Student Teacher Shower Parent Letter

This is a parent letter to send home with students if you are going to throw a "teacher shower" for your student teacher before he/she leaves your placement. It's a good way for the student teacher to leave with lots of school supplies to start his/her future classroom. It's also nice and cheap for families to send in whatever they can afford.
