This is an editable bar graph worksheet (you can add your own questions) and differentiated for gifted students as well (two sets of data--boy/girl). Students will come up with their own survey questions and then survey the class and collect data to make their own graph, then answer questions based on their graph. When I did this lesson, I had students write down three questions on the day before the actual bar graph lesson so that I could pick one that would make most sense on a bar graph. Y

It has been made in Microsoft Word format so that you can alter your options (ie: if you want your older students to write their answers in fraction or percentage format instead of basic) All pictures and borders were found on Google Images.
