This activity can be used to review adding and subtracting fractions with like or unlike denominators that students learn in fourth and fifth grade math. Students can work independently at a station or during independent work by naming the solid and then checking the answer by scanning the QR Code with an IPAD or other Smart Phone Device. Students will practice writing numbers in standard form, word form, expanded form, and expanded notation. They then use a device (tablet, phone, anything that has a QR Code reader) to check their answer. Numbers start in the hundred thousands and go up to the hundred billions. Weekly 5 Math Review with QR Code Answer key - Set 1
In this self-checking math review, there are five multiple choice question, each one printed on a different page. The sixth page contains the answer key. Students us a scan app such as QR Reader or Scan to check their work. The five questions can be posted around the room to give students movement as they work on recalling what they have learned throughout the year. Teachers can also have the students write the answers on a separate sheet of paper and use as a quick quiz.
