This handwriting sheet is for rough drafts. It has X's every other line. It has one blank set as well as sheets for informative, narrative and opinion pieces with objectives across the top. These objectives are easily changed for specific assignments. I have used this format for many years successfully. Spalding writing papers with mid lines
Use these writing papers to help your students practice phonograms and letter formation. The lines are 5/8" and have the dotted mid line to help beginning writers with the size of their letters. There are many different variations on the paper format to fit your needs. Many of the papers are half sheets to save paper. It is an Excel document so that you may change the format if needed.

I used this sheet successfully for many years to help improve my students' handwriting/penmanship.
