I make sure to complete it before the end of each class period, making comments if students aren't meeting expectations. Each week I highlight one expectation we are focusing on. Simple token chart/ Work for board for students. This is the perfect size to hole punch and attach to a lanyard or fanny pack key ring. I simply attached soft velcro over the magnifying glass and on the back. Then the rough side to the bugs. Each time the student is on track or does what they are asked they take a bug from the back and put it on the front. Once they get all five they earn a reward.

My sticker and prize chart is an easy way to use positive reinforcement and encourage students to complete their work, or complete extra work you need to do to track their IEP/data goals. This chart works well for students who don't need immediate reinforcement, but who can feel accomplished earning several stickers a day and then a prize after earning 10 stickers. Simply print and use.
