I have a homework that I created to go with the note shells offered seperately titled function introduction Homework. This was created with an eighth grade target audience for both my Pre-Algebra and Algebra classes. It does NOT cover discrete or continuous.

**UPDATE** I changed the tables to be in ordered pair notation. Previously, students were having trouble understanding that the tables were tables of points. **UPDATE** I added a blank, "Classify the Transformation:" so students can practice connecting words like stretch, reflect, vertical, horizontal, shift, etc. to the actions of the graph.
