Basic Math Facts Strategies (All the Facts You Need to Know!)
I follow the order of this PowerPoint when teaching basic math facts to my primary grade students: zero strategies, count on / count back, names of five, five strategies, using tens (including ten strategies, names of ten, near tens, nine strategies, eight strategies), and using doubles (including doubles, near doubles, middle number).
