Sum and Difference Identities

Students will use sum and difference trigonometric identities to find the value of sine, cosine, and tangent for degree measures that are not on the unit circle. This graphic organizer has students determine: (1) what two numbers from the unit circle will ADD or SUBTRACT to this value? (2) which identity will you use to solve? (3) copy the equation from your reference sheet and (4) solve by plugging in. For my lower level students, I focus on just finding the two values and identifying which equ
