I give this worksheet out (on coloured paper) on the first day of my Grade 12 Functions class. They should know already how to graph all these functions. They keep this sheet handy all semester to remind them if they forget. We refer to it often!

I use this sheet (one per student) to record all their summative assessments for the whole semester. It makes it really easy to eye-ball and give an appropriate mark for each category.
