Multiplication at the Tip of Your Fingers
Students may struggle to learn multiplication facts for 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10. This finger trick will help take the frustration away and free up their minds for more complex problem-solving. The first slide will teach the strategy and the second slide is available for the student to practice their new skill. The hope is that the student will transfer this skill to their own fingers until it is stored in their rote memory.

If you are studying how to read a nutrition label, then this is the assignment for you. This is a one sided printable worksheet that has to deal with word problems with nutrition labels. Students will be using basic arithmetic, and problem solving skills. They will also need the prior knowledge of how to read a nutrition label.

Flower Power - Pattern and Line - Visual Art Lessons - 1st - 6th Grades
Flower Power is more then just flowers. There are 3 lessons reviewing the elements of line, pattern, and space. Plus students will sharpen their skills using watercolor. 2-minute Timed Multiplication and Division Test or Drill
These were created after seeing that students needed more practice and motivation learning their multiplication and division skills. I have included the parent letter, 0-12 leveled but random multiplication tests/drills, and 0-12 leveled but random division tests/drills. All students start at 0 multiplication and move up as they pass the level (I count passing a level as all of the problems are completed and correct). In my room, students earn a treat for each level and have a visual on the wall
