All of the questions involve the skeletal system and bones... it could be from the purpose of the skeletal system, to the longest or the smallest bones in the body. Great for middle school when studying this system.

In Health students are learning about the health triangle. There are three different sides and they will have 3 different choices as to what project they want to do. The health triangle will not only show that the student understands the concepts behind each side of the triangle, it will also tell more about the student to the class and the teacher. I love giving the students choices, it seems to make them more vested in the project. This lesson plan can be done individually or in groups.

Students like games, and this is a class favorite. This Connect 4 game is for the Smartboard. It has 30 questions about the muscular and skeletal system; could be used for science, anatomy or health class.

This is a dodgeball based game that involves two teams with two ambulances. This game is great because everyone gets to play and no one really gets out or is eliminated, they can easily be brought back into the game.

In Physical Education students will be creating their own fitness plans and their own goals. They will create a product that tells about their goals, and at the end they will review and evaluate their results.
