This chart has students fill in information about each organelle, identify which type of cell (plant or animal) it can be found in, the location in the cell, then has students relate the function of the organelle to the function of a person within the school. i.e.-the nucleus would compare to the principal because the nucleus controls the activity of the cell just as the principal controls the activity of the school.
