I usually do this game in person, with actual cards and a "game board" where the students organize and match the cells to their function and then identify what type of cell the organelles can be found in. Thanks to hybrid teaching, this activity has gone totally digital. Students can drag and drop digital "cards" to a chart to make groups of corresponding organelles, functions and cell type.
