Students write their life goal for after they graduate from high school. Then, they write a percent goal for their test and make a plan to reach their goal a week before they take the test. Next, the teacher grades their test and reflects on their progress and gives feedback. Finally, students are given their test back. Students read the teacher's reflection, write a reflection themselves, and then set a new goal for the next test.
