This is a two page document that reinforces the use of finding patterns in numbers. It is an extension of the function machine commonly used in primary math lessons. It takes the rule a bit further and uses the rule in algebraic form for the student to use in figuring out an algebraic expression. I use this with my high ability 2nd grades, although it can be used with any grade if the student needs enrichment or reteaching.

I created a visual schedule layout that is simple to utilize in speech therapy, especially with kiddos who have difficulty transitioning from one task to another. It provides 3 blank boxes in which you can put pictures on according to whichever task you are doing in therapy that day. Move them over to where the arrow is pointing when completed task. Below the schedule layout, I provided 20 "starter" pictures of common activities used in speech therapy. Hope you find this useful!

I’ve made this resource to help a student in my class who gets obsessive about particular early finisher activities. I let the student use each activity ONCE in a week, after he has used it he posts it into a box on my desk and its used for the week. He gets them all back on Monday I have left them editable for you to add your students favorite activities.
