2D Flat and 3D Solid Shapes Pack
This packet includes a shapes PowerPoint that asks students to identify both 2D flat and 3D solid shapes in everyday objects.
The packet also includes a 2D flat/3D solid shape sort and three worksheets asking students to identify and color 2D flat shapes in various arrangements. The 2D shape ID activities increase in difficulty. They are ideal to be used as quick whole class assessments.

Estimating Lesson: How much is your hand worth?
A hands-on small group or whole class activity. Teach students that it is okay to guess (estimate) and not always be correct. You will need about a 1/4 cup of pennies for each student. 1.
